The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to Shin-Okubu station and all the exciting entertainment areas. We also loved the large bathroom and the comfortable beds provided.

Excellent location near Shinjuku. Clean, comfortable room. Separate toilet and shower. Good soundproofing. Simple breakfast box. Safety in Kabukicho nightlife district. Convenient stores and subway station nearby. Friendly staff. Spacious Kabuki rooms. Deep bath in wet room. Great view of city. Storage space under bed.

The location was great, right in the heart of Shinjuku and close to all the major attractions. The staff were really nice too make us feel welcome and were helpful with providing recommendations and assistance. The room, although smaller than expected, wasvery comfy and tidy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo!
